Bridgemen Hall of Fame Nominating Process

The Bridgemen Alumni Association, under President Joe Pepek, is proud to announce that the Hall of Fame (HOF) Committee is now accepting nominations for the 2011 class. HOF Nomination Forms, are to be postmarked by midnight November 1st, 2011. The P.O. Box is listed on the Nomination Form. Inductees to the HOF will be announced at date TBD. The new HOF members will be introduced and inducted at the Hall of Fame Dinner on March 17, 2012. The HOF Dinner will coincide with the Bridgemen Alumni Corps' performance in the Bayonne Columbus Day parade and the annual Memorial Mass.

Anyone can nominate a candidate or any group (i.e. original Bridgemen Booster Board, 1972 soprano line, 1980 drum line) for the HOF. A candidate can only be voted into the HOF once (for example: a person cannot be voted in as a marching member and again as an instructor), unless that person is also part of a group being nominated. The "Guidelines" will provide you with the minimum requirements for the nominee, in addition to everything else you need to know about the HOF. The The HOF will be an exclusive club and the vetting process will be very thorough. Do not be disappointed if your nominee is not selected this year. There is no maximum on the number of times a person or group can be nominated.
